Relieve your aches and pains with these ice packs. The ice bag/pack is a first-aid essential that helps relieve pain associated with bumps, bruises, aches, cramps, headaches, sinus pain, swelling, and joint pain. It's useful to have one on hand for any unexpected situations.

How to use for cold therapy:

1.Turn the cap counter-clockwise.

2.Fill the ice bag two-thirds full with cold tap water, ice water, crushed ice, or ice cubes.

3.Turn the cap clockwise until it is secured.

4.Turn ice bag upside down and press firmly on the bottom to test for leakage.

5.Apply to the desired area.

6.Wrap the ice bag in a soft towel to protect the skin and avoid condensation accumulation.

7.Apply ice bag for 20 to 30 minutes at a time, and wait one hour between applications.

How to use for hot therapy:

1.Turn the cap counter-clockwise.

2.Pour warm water (less than 60℃/140℉) into the ice bag until it is two-thirds full.

3.Turn the cap clockwise until it is secured.

4.Test for leakage.

5.Apply to the desired area for 15-20 minutes with a soft towel.

Precautions for hot therapy:

a. Fill the bag two-thirds full with warm water.

b. Do not place the pack in a microwave oven to heat the water.

c. To prevent burns, do not fill with water hotter than 60℃/140℉.

d. Do not use the hot pack on the same part for longer than 20 minutes.
