Caution: 1. When using as a hot water bag, keep the internal temperature below 60°C (140°F). 2. Do not store in the freezer or refrigerator. 3. Keep out of reach of children, especially when pouring in hot water. 4. Do not heat the water-filled bag in a microwave oven. 5. Do not use the hot pack on the same area for longer than 20 minutes (if needed, the packs may be used multiple times a day).

How to use for cold/hot therapy: 1. Turn the cap counter-clockwise. 2. Fill the ice bag two-thirds full with cold water, ice water, alcohol, crushed ice, or ice cubes for a cold bag. Fill two-thirds with warm water (do not exceed 60℃/140℉) for a hot water bag. 3. Turn the cap clockwise until it is secure. 4. Turn the ice bag upside down and press firmly on the bottom to test for leaks. 5. Apply to the desired area. 6. Apply ice bag for 20 to 30 minutes (maximum) at a time, and a hot water bag for 10-20 minutes (maximum) at a time. Wait one hour between applications.
